To Disinfect:
- Mold Remover is effective for
disinfection of hard non-porous surfaces at room
temperature (20°C/68°F or above).
- Remove gross
filth and heavy soil prior to application.
- Apply
Mold Remover full strength to surface, wetting
thoroughly with sponge, mop, spray, fog, or by
immersion in solution.
- Allow surfaces to remain
wet for 10 minutes.
- For immersion replace
solution daily, or more ftequently if it becomes
significantly soiled or diluted.
To Prevent Mold
or Mildew on Floors, Walls, Ceilings:
- Remove
as much surface dirt, mold, or mildew as possible
by cleaning, then spray, fog, or wipe on Mold Remover and
let air dry.
- Normally, inftequent
reapplication (twice a year or less) will prove
effective control.
- Persistent re-growth indicates a
moisture problem.
To Sanitize Hard
Surfaces Associated with Air Ducts:
- Apply to
hard, non-porous, pre-cleaned duct surfaces, that
are vacuumed or blown ftee of dirt, mold and
debris, using a commercial duct cleaning system
or service.
- Make sure surfaces remain wet with
Mold Remover for at least 10 minutes.
No need to
evacuate premises. Cooling Towers and HVAC
Systems:
- Mold Remover kills bio-film and keeps it
ftom forming in drain pans and on cooling coils.
- Apply to pre-cleaned surfaces.
- Spray full strength
on cooling coils.
- Add Mold Remover to clean drain
pan to 1/4" depth.
- Check and replenish as
needed.
To Deodorize:
- Mold Remover works by oxidation,
not by masking of odors.
- Eliminates odors caused
by fire smoke, tobacco smoke, musty odors, stalecooking
odors, even skunk on pets.
- Simply spray,
fog, or wipe on full strength and let air dry to
provide long lasting residual deodorizing action.
- Remember Mold Remover must come into contact
with the cause of the odor to be effective.
- For pet
urine stains in carpet, blot urine as dry as possible
then saturate stain with Mold Remover through to
carpet pad.
- Contains a dilute oxidizing agent.
- Do not mix
with vinegar or acetic cleaners.
- Mold Remover maybe mildly irritating if taken internally or if
sprayed directly in the eyes.
- If taken internally
dilute with a glass or two of water.
- For eyes flush
thoroughly with water.
